Angels for Ukraine Patch

Proceeds goes to Wingmen for Ukraine raising money for Ukrainian aviator flight gear and equipment  

About the patch:
- Some inspo from the Pararescue flash, with so many teams on so many fronts helping, the angel symbolizes that our partner Ukraine is being aided and protected by all those allies, partners, teams.

- Besides the more obvious elements like the Ukrainian colors, the Ukrainian Coat of Arms picturing the tryzub is also present. "As a symbol of power and authority, the trident was used by the rulers of Kyivan Rus' and represented the unity of the Slavic peoples of the region. It is believed that the three prongs of the trident signify the Holy Trinity... "

- The sunflower, Ukraine's national flower, is also present in the Angel's hair. Symbolizing the power of the sun this symbol had grown in the modern day to reflect the fight against their Russian invaders.

- The sleeves, adorned with a floral pattern are symbolic of Ukrainian vyshyvanka, which is the national embroidered dress.
